Over the past few years, the Western Pennsylvania Council of HBCU Alumni has collaborated with Mr. Robert Mason, the Founder of the Common Black College Application. This collaboration aims to offer students the chance to apply to up to 70 HBCUs through a single application without any associated fees. Committed alumni volunteers have visited multiple schools in Allegheny and nearby counties to assist high school students in completing their Common Black College Application registration.
